HOW TO SELL OR RENT - A HOME  or APARTMENT

It's a FACT, most families have a computer. Single and Elderly alike - all use computers, which saves them time and gas, to shop or browse in the privacy of their home at their leisure, to look at things first and compare on a TV (like) screen - just like Home Shopping Network or infomercials, in full color.

NOW - what if your apartment, condo, town-home was here - just like the photo above, but what if you showed a few more pictures of some features of your home for rent, so a visitor could see the Master bedroom, Living room, Kitchen, Porch or swimming pool, IN FULL COLOR.

6.) In a print newspaper classifieds, change your Ad to something like this:
3/2 pool home for rent, many great features. Photos on web: www.brevardcounty.biz/2661090,  or call 266-1090.
[ whatever your real phone number is ]. 

(with more-photos, music, map how to find you, etc)
